Valhon is a managed Meta advertising and lead follow-up service based in Minnesota, serving home-service businesses across the United States. You can reach us at rayan@valhon.co.

We collect the information you submit through the inquiry form on this site: your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, trade or service, city or service area, and your description of the work you want more of. If you check the optional SMS box, we also record the consent wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and the interactive demonstration on the home page is fictional—it does not collect, transmit or store anything you interact with.

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, discuss whether the service fits your business, and—if we begin working together—to deliver and support the service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

SMS consent is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry. If you opt in, Valhon is the sender. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing text messages is never a condition of contacting us or of purchasing the service.

Inquiries submitted through this site are stored in our hosted database and application infrastructure. If we later connect a customer relationship or scheduling tool, this policy will be updated to name it before that connection goes live.

When we run campaigns for a client, advertising is delivered through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using the client’s own ad account. Data handling on those platforms is governed by Meta’s own terms and policies.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing rayan@valhon.co.

We may update this policy as the service and the tools behind it change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
